The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee raised $29.2 million in the last three months, marking the largest third-quarter haul in the group's history.

That includes $15.6 million in September, a jump from its August haul of $7.7 million, though the final month of a fundraising quarter usually sees a jump in fundraising. As of the beginning of October the DSCC had $27 million left in the bank, a dip from the $31 million it had at the end of August as it began to spend heavily on ads.

Its GOP counterpart, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, has yet to release its quarterly fundraising figures. The DSCC has outraised the NRSC in most months this year, which is expected since it's in the majority. At the end of August the NRSC had $28.9 million in the bank.
