Don Cheadle reacts to Trump tweet on Dwyane Wade’s cousin

Actor Don Cheadle added to the criticism of Donald TrumpDonald John TrumpJulián Castro: It's time for House Democrats to 'do something' about Trump Warren: Congress is 'complicit' with Trump 'by failing to act' Sanders to join teachers, auto workers striking in Midwest MORE Saturday, after the Republican presidential nominee tweeted about the death of Nykea Aldridge, the cousin of basketball player Dwyane Wade who was caught in crossfire and shot in the head and arm while leaving a school in Chicago. 

"Dwayne [sic] Wade's cousin was just shot and killed walking her baby in Chicago. Just what I have been saying. African-Americans will VOTE TRUMP!" he tweeted, misspelling the athlete's name. 


The black actor responded in two harshly worded tweets. 


Trump offered his condolences later on Twitter and at a rally Saturday to Wade's family.

Variety reported that Cheadle's first two messages launched dozens of tweets condemning Trump and responding to his supporters online.
