Sanders to write a young adult book

The book will target teenagers between the ages of 12 and 18 and will be priced at $17, CNN reported Wednesday.

Sanders has been pushing to strengthen his political "revolution" after dropping out of the presidential race and endorsing Hillary ClintonHillary Diane Rodham ClintonDemocrats worry negative images are defining White House Heller won't say if Biden won election Whitmer trailing GOP challenger by 6 points in Michigan governor race: poll MORE.

"In the coming weeks, I will be announcing the creation of successor organizations to carry on the struggle that we have been a part of these past 15 months," Sanders said in July when he announced his new initiative to keep the progressive momentum at full steam. 
More recently, he told The Nation that the Democratic Party needs to "welcome [the young people] and understand that it will be messy, that many young people are not professional politicians."
"The Democratic Party is going to have to adjust itself to their reality, rather than force young people to be adjusted to the Democratic leadership's reality," he added.
Sander's original book, "Our Revolution," is set to hit the shelves on Nov. 15.
