Betsy DeVos attends White House Halloween as Ms. Frizzle

Sporting a bright orange wig and planet-adorned skirt, DeVos looked the part of the famous fictional teacher, whose outfits always coordinated with her lesson plans.

The White House hosted trick-or-treaters on the South Lawn Monday night.
