A federal court clerk on Tuesday sided with Muslim comedian and liberal commentator Dean Obeidallah in his libel lawsuit against a notorious neo-Nazi.

Obeidallah sued Andrew Anglin, the founder of alt-right website The Daily Stormer, in response to an article posted on the website claiming Obeidallah was a terrorist.

Neither Anglin nor any attorneys responded to the suit, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Obeidallah hosts SiriusXM’s ”The Dean Obeidallah Show."

Obeidallah claimed in his lawsuit that he received death threats in response to the article, which used fabricated tweets to accuse Obeidallah of being responsible for the May 2017 terrorist attack at a concert in Manchester, England.

Attorneys for Obeidallah said in court filings that they tried contacting Anglin at five different Ohio addresses, calling his past attorneys and placing public notices in the newspaper to serve Anglin with the lawsuit, but were unable to reach him.

Obeidallah sought unspecified damages in the lawsuit, but no hearing date has been set to determine the amount.
