Guy Verhofstadt shared a photo of Trump and other world leaders at the NATO summit in Belgium, where Trump is looking skyward as the other leaders look in the opposite direction. He juxtaposed that with an image of a "baby Trump" blimp floating over London.

"So this is what Trump was looking for. Mystery solved!" Verhofstadt tweeted.

Trump is in Belgium for the NATO summit until Thursday, when he will travel to the United Kingdom for a few days to meet with British officials.

Thousands of protesters are expected to greet Trump during his visit. London Mayor Sadiq Khan granted approval for the blimp to fly over London during the president's visit.

Trump is expected to largely avoid London during the trip, but the White House denies that is because of the expected protests.
