{mosads}This is the second time in less than a year that the Supreme Court justice has been the victim of robbery. In February, Breyer was robbed at his vacation home in the Caribbean. A machete-wielding thief took around $1,000 in cash from Breyer and two guests.

Other Supreme Court justices have also been victims of robbery in recent years. Justice David Souter was assaulted while jogging in 2004, and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had her purse snatched in 1996, according to The New York Times.
