Saudi Arabian officials say they have thwarted attacks that were being planned by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), the Associated Press reports.
The country's Interior Ministry has announced that it has arrested 400 people in connection with potential terrorist attacks, according to the report.
The arrested ISIS members were accused on conducting prior terror attacks in Saudi Arabia, including a suicide bombing in May and a shooting in November, the AP said.
The arrests followed a deadly ISIS attack in Iraqi on Friday that killed 115 people.
