Huckabee mocks Clinton's bathroom visit: She 'should’ve stayed there'

Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee is mocking Hillary ClintonHillary Diane Rodham ClintonDemocrats go all out to court young voters for 2020 Pelosi: Whistleblower complaint 'must be addressed immediately' Election meddling has become the new normal of US diplomacy MORE for her visit to the restroom during Saturday night’s Democratic debate, suggesting that she should have considered staying in there for rest of the night.

“Quite frankly, I thought Hillary’s best moment the entire night was when she was in the restroom, not on the stage,” the former Arkansas governor told radio host and Hill columnist David Webb, according to BuzzFeed News, "and maybe should’ve stayed there and it would’ve been her, perhaps, shining moment through the whole debate.”

Huckabee went on to roast the Democratic National Committee for holding recent debates “at times when nobody would be likely to be watching” to hide the “load of nonsense” they are “try[ing] to sell to the American people.”

A Clinton spokeswoman, Jennifer Palmieri, excoriated Trump for humiliating “all women” with his “degrading language."
