Two Virginia State Police troopers and five others — including the suspect — were shot at a Greyhound bus station in Richmond, Va., according to NBC 4.

The suspect died, the report said, and one state trooper who was injured later died, as well, the AP reports.

Five others were hurt, including the other trooper and at least one civilian woman.

The two state troopers and the civilian woman were taken to VCU Medical Center, NBC 4 said.

Richmond Police and Virginia State Police troopers were reportedly on the scene.

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe said he had spoken with Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones and the police Virginia State Police superintendent to offer any necessary resources.

"Our public safety team and I will continue to monitor the situation and support State Police and local authorities in their response and investigation of this incident," McAuliffe said in a statement.
