US moves Olympic swimming training from Puerto Rico due to Zika

USA Swimming will relocate its upcoming Olympic training camp from Puerto Rico to Atlanta over concerns about the Zika virus, The Associated Press reported Thursday.

The team had been planning to train in Puerto Rico for several days in late July before heading on to Rio de Janeiro. 


Recently, Major League Baseball moved two games out of Puerto Rico due to the Zika virus, which is known to cause serious birth defects.
