The Nevada convention saw angry outbursts from Sanders supporters who felt the rules favored Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton.

Sanders accused the Nevada Democratic Party of using its power to prevent a "fair and transparent process from taking place."

Bee joked that she appreciates that people want Sanders to be president.

"And why wouldn't you? He's the only hopeful who already looks like he belongs on money," she said.

"Should the Democratic Party make its primary process more democratic?" she continued. "Yes. But the fact is, nobody stole the Nevada election. Sanders just got beat, just like he did in New York, Georgia, Texas, Florida, most open primaries, most closed primaries and the popular vote."

Bee said she loved the passion of Sanders supporters. But she asked who was giving them the idea that "any outcome they don't like is illegitimate and rigged."
