Clintons buy a second home in Chappaqua

Bill and Hillary Clinton have bought the house next door to their current home in Chappaqua, N.Y., CNN reported Thursday.
The Clintons bought the 3,600-square-foot home at 33 Old House Lane for $1.16 million in mid-August. They bought their home on the neighboring property in 1999.
With the two properties, they own the entire cul-de-sac at the end of the road. CNN reported that owning both properties will make it easier for Secret Service to safeguard the former president and Democratic presidential nominee.
They also own a home in Washington, D.C., that they bought in 2000 for $2.85 million.
