Trump in ’93: Good thing I don’t have to run for office

Well before his presidential run, Donald Trump said his treatment of women would prevent a political future.
{mosads}In a 1993 interview with New Zealand’s TV3 in 1993, Trump, now the Republican presidential nominee, was asked about his reputation as a womanizer.
“I think women are beautiful — I think certain women are more beautiful than others, to be perfectly honest — and it is fortunate that I don’t have to run for political office.”
The comments came during a one-day visit to Auckland to apply for a casino license.
