President Obama used his Christmas Eve to play a live action “escape room” game with friends and family — and reportedly won with just seconds to spare.

According to pool reports, Obama took his daughters and friends Saturday night to Breakout Waikiki, a game where players are locked into a room with one hour to figure out a series of clues and riddles to escape.

{mosads}Breakout Waikiki’s general manager MacGregor Greenlee told BuzzFeed News that the Obamas broke out of the room just 12 seconds before their 60 minutes were up.

“They were yelling, screaming, having a blast. They broke out with 12 seconds left,” he said.

The Obamas were in a room where they played secret agents and had to deal with actors playing terrorists, another employee told BuzzFeed, adding that it was the president’s 18-year-old daughter Malia Obama who led the group to victory.

After the game, Obama stopped for shaved ice and met with onlookers before returning home with his family for the night.
