The press conference, set for 11 a.m., comes days before his Jan. 20 inauguration and the morning after President Obama’s farewell address.

CNN on Tuesday published a bombshell report alleging intelligence officials briefed Trump that Russian spies having compromising personal and financial information on him. Trump has since denied the report over Twitter — echoing Russia’s denial calling it “utter nonsense.”

Trump will also likely comment on his stance on the GOP effort to repeal and replace ObamaCare at the beginning of his administration. He is also expected to face questions about his proposed wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

In December, Trump canceled a press conference where he would have outlined how he will handle his business conflicts of interest while in the White House. He instead tweeted that “no new deals” would be made during his presidency and that his two adult sons will take over his sprawling business empire.
