President Trump congratulated the New England Patriots on winning Super Bowl LI on Sunday in a tweet after their victory.

“What an amazing comeback and win by the Patriots. Tom Brady, Bob Kraft and Coach B are total winners. Wow!” Trump tweeted Sunday night.

He tweeted a similar message from the official president of the United States account, which he signed with his initials.

Trump predicted the Patriots would win in an interview with Fox News’s Bill O’Reilly that aired Sunday, though he got the margin wrong because he predicted an eight-point Patriots victory.

The Patriots came from behind, beating the Atlanta Falcons 34-28 in overtime.

Trump told his Twitter followers to enjoy the game before it started Sunday evening.

Trump has long described star quarterback Tom Brady as a close friend. Sunday night, Brady made history by becoming the quarterback with the most Super Bowl wins, most Super Bowl appearances and most Super Bowl MVP awards.

Trump watched the game from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla., where he spent the weekend.
