Clinton responds to Trump executive action ruling with simple tweet: '3-0'

The tweet appears to reference the 3-0 vote by the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Thursday evening that keeps the Trump administration from reinstating his executive order, which temporarily banned citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the U.S., while a judge rules on its legality. 

Clinton has remained relatively silent since conceding the election, making few public statements and appearances.
