A former Trump business executive said that he believes that President TrumpDonald John TrumpTrump rallies in Nevada amid Supreme Court flurry: 'We're gonna get Brett' Trump: 'Good news' that Obama is campaigning again Trump boosts Heller, hammers 'Wacky Jacky' opponent in Nevada MORE is racist.

Jack O’Donnell, the former president and COO of the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, told CNN’s Anderson Cooper that he does “believe [Trump’s] a racist."

O’Donnell made his most recent remarks about Trump as the president faces claims of racism over his comments describing certain nations as “shithole countries.”

“I believe anyone who has spent substantial amount of time around him in a casual atmosphere, whether it’s business or dinner or lunch, I believe it would be very difficult that he wouldn’t express these feelings to them over time,” O’Donnell said.

“I just find it very hard to believe that there aren’t more people who know him who don’t believe exactly what I believe, but for one reason or another aren’t willing to say it publicly, that he is a racist,” O’Donnell continued.

O’Donnell worked for Trump for three years and released a book called “Trumped!” with James Rutherford, in which he also claimed that Trump is racist.

He repeated some of those past claims on CNN, including that Trump made disparaging remarks about an African-American executive at his company.

Trump has previously called O’Donnell a “disgruntled former employee” but admitted that “the stuff O'Donnell wrote about me is probably true.”

Trump told reporters Sunday that he is not racist, adding that he is “the least racist person you will ever interview.”
