"Hi @amychozick! Hearing there are more tidbits about me in your book which were easily fact checked and you fact checked...none of them," Chelsea Clinton tweeted. "Here’s an easy one: I’ve never gotten hair keratin treatment. The others would have been equally easy!"

Chozick's book, "Chasing Hillary," recounts the author's experience covering the former secretary of State's 2008 presidential campaign and, later, her 2016 bid for the White House.

The book reportedly casts Clinton as a guarded candidate who often stonewalled reporters and failed to present a warmer image of herself.

At the same time, Chozick opens up about her own feelings toward Clinton and her position as the first female presidential nominee for one of the United States's two major political parties.
