Several Texas athletes greeted the casket of former President George H.W. Bush as it landed in Houston Wednesday evening.

Among those in attendance were Astros manager A.J. Hinch, former Texans receiver Andre Johnson and former Rockets player Calvin Murphy, according to the Associated Press.

Bush was known to be a big sports fan and supported several Houston teams, often attending Astros, Rockets and Texans games.

Bush’s casket just returned from Washington, where it lay in state in the capitol for two days. A funeral was held at the National Cathedral Wednesday morning. Another funeral will be held in Houston Thursday.

Bush died Friday night. He was 94 years old.
