Ride-share company Lyft announced Thursday it will provide free February rides to three museums in Washington, D.C., that celebrate black history.

In honor of Black History Month, Lyft will give one free ride up to $10 in value to the National Museum of African-American History and Culture, the Anacostia Community Museum or the Alexandria Black History Museum.

D.C. is one of several cities across the country where Lyft is offering free rides to museums that celebrate or honor black culture and history.

Each city has a unique promotional code associated with it so users can take advantage of their free rides. For the District, the code is BHMDCA19.

“Much has been done, much remains to be done, and Lyft is honored to step up today to do our part to continue building inclusive and more connected communities while helping provide greater opportunity for the leaders of tomorrow,” Lyft said in a press release announcing the promotional.

The company is also celebrating the one-year anniversary of its partnership with Black Girls Code, an organization that is working to increase the representation of African-American women in technology fields.

Throughout February, users can round up their Lyft fare and donations will go towards the organization.
