“I’m gonna get so crushed in this film,” Bannon says in a trailer of the film released Monday. He also says that had he “not come on as CEO of the campaign, Trump would not have won.”

Bannon allowed producers working on “The Brink” to have behind-the-scenes access to him for almost a year after he left the White House in mid-2017, and he says in the trailer that the film depicts a “damaging portrait” of him.

The filmmakers followed Bannon in the months after his White House departure, when he looked to build on his far-right message, which he called a “worldwide movement.”

The documentary, which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival, is set to be released March 29.

The trailer's release was previously reported by the Washington Examiner.
