Larry took shelter under Trump's vehicle during the president's meeting with May in the morning, according to traveling media.

Larry the cat, who is described on his official bio as chief mouser to the Cabinet Office, has lived at 10 Downing Street since 2011 and outlasted more than one prime minister.

Trump, in his first state visit to the United Kingdom this week, stressed the relationship between the U.S. and U.K. during a state dinner at Buckingham Palace and promised he'd discuss a "very, very substantial trade deal" with May.
