The 2014 photo of the Bidens with Devon Archer, who served on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings, has made the rounds in conservative media in recent days after Biden said he and his son never discussed Hunter’s overseas business dealings.

Hunter Biden previously sat on Burisma's board, and Trump has alleged the former vice president pressured Ukraine to dismiss a prosecutor who had investigated the company.

Ukrainian officials have not suggested any wrongdoing by either Biden in connection with the company, and former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko told The Washington Post last week that “from the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, [Hunter Biden] did not violate anything.”

“Hunter Biden cannot be responsible for violations of the management of Burisma that took place two years before his arrival,” he added.
