The President's daughters have now received the swine flu vaccination, the White House announced today.
"Malia and Sasha were both vaccinated for H1N1 last week, after the vaccine became available to Washington, DC schoolchildren," the First Lady's press secretary Catherine McCormick-Lelyveld announced in a blog post today.
The President and First Lady have not yet received the vaccine. McCormick-Lelvyeld said the two would wait until "priority groups" had received the vaccination.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has identified pregnant women, people under the age of 24, and people with underlying conditions as most vulnerable.
