Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) will vote for healthcare reform legislation Sunday, MSNBC is reporting.

Stupak has led a voting bloc of anti-abortion rights Democrats who oppose the bill because they believe the reconciliation set of fixes does not include tough enough restrictions preventing federal funds from going toward elective abortion services.

Democratic leaders have picked off several members of Stupak's group over the past several days, and Stupak has been negotiating with the White House on an executive order that would clarify that the legislation does not change federal law and allow federal funds to be used for abortion services.

Stupak told CNN "I'm still a no...There is no deal yet. Its a work in progress."
