Just nine of the 438 precincts across the state have yet to report results from Tuesday's voting. The winner will face Democrat Ethan Berkowitz.

The state would pay for a recount if the winning margin is less than 0.5 percent of the total votes cast. With 93,366 votes cast, Young's margin is just 0.15 percent.
