Senate Democrats are hoping to strip out the ObamaCare language this week, and send the resolution back to the House. But Senate Republicans who want to defund ObamaCare are threatening to hold up Senate work.

Meanwhile, the expectation that the Senate will return the resolution to the House means the House has canceled its planned recess this week. But the House will return on Wednesday, and is in today only for a brief pro-forma session at 11 a.m.
