"I see that [Iran] as the most imminent threat to this country right now so that is a problem we are going to have deal with," said Inhofe, a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Inhofe also suggested that President Obama is currently pursuing a policy of appeasing America's enemies.

"The third thing is harder to talk about," said Inhofe. "We have got to get out of this mentality of appeasement. Right now this administration has been appeasing."
