When asked this week what his two favorite books are by A.J. Calloway of "Extra," the GOP presidential nominee replied, " 'The Art of the Deal,' 'Surviving at the Top.' "

Both books were penned by Trump in 1987 and 1990, respectively.

“I love books,” Trump said. “I love reading when I get a chance to.”

Trump has taken heat from the co-author of one of his favorite tomes. Tony Schwartz, who has a co-byline on “The Art of the Deal,” has repeatedly slammed the real estate mogul, saying earlier this year Trump is “so insecure, so easily provoked and not particularly nearly as smart as people might imagine he is.”

Trump also revealed to “Extra” that he’s a classic movie fan.

Among his top film picks?

“Well, there are so many. I would say ‘Citizen Kane,’ maybe,” Trump, 70, said of the famed 1941 drama starring Orson Welles. " 'Sunset Boulevard' — I like the old movies,” Trump added.
