Obama to appear on 'The Daily Show' with Trevor Noah

President Obama is set to appear on the "The Daily Show" with Trevor Noah on Dec. 12.
It will be his first time on the program under its new host.
"As this unprecedented election year comes to an end, President Barack ObamaBarack Hussein ObamaAren't delirious Democrats now accusing Team Obama of treason? Trump won't say if he'd endorse Pence in 2024 HHS restores legal meaning of 'sex' — what will US Supreme Court, Congress do? MORE will appear as a guest on 'The Daily Show with Trevor Noah' on Monday, December 12," Comedy Central said in a statement.
The show segment will be recorded inside the White House and will air at 11 p.m. It will also likely be Obama's very last appearance on the program as president.
Comedy Central spokeswoman Eve Kenny said Obama has appeared on the program three times as president. He also made four appearances as a senator, three of which were during his first presidential campaign. His most recent appearance was last year, shortly before Jon Stewart left the show.
