Melania Trump welcomes arrival of White House Christmas tree

While a band played "O Christmas Tree," Trump greeted a horse-drawn carriage outside the White House's North Portico as part of a presentation ceremony.

Larry Snyder, of Pennsylvania, had won an annual contest held by the National Christmas Tree Association to present his 22-foot Douglas fir at the White House.

The tree is expected to be part of the holiday display in the Blue Room.
