Obama was one of Fallon’s first guests on “The Tonight Show” this week to mark his debut as the new host.

Fallon began the “Ew” skit on his previous show, “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” in which he and a guest dress as teenage girls with pronounced Valley Girl accents. Previous guests include actors Channing Tatum and Lindsay Lohan, and boy band the Jonas Brothers.

“Oh, Michelle, you’re really strong, you could totally be in the Olympics,” Fallon’s character says.

“Thank you, Sara, I try to exercise everyday,” Obama says.

“Really? Because I think exercise is ew!” Ferrell's character says.

“Exercise is not ew!” Obama replies. “You just have to find an activity that’s right for you. For example, I like to dance, play tennis, even do some push-ups.”

Later on in the sketch, Ferrell holds up pictures of various things including potato chips.

“Ew!” says Obama, who then says a healthy alternative is kale chips, which she brought along for the two to try.
