Kerry, Biden get look at World Cup trophy

The pair will be on hand Monday to deliver remarks and get a glance at the trophy that will be awarded to the winner of this year’s World Cup soccer tournament in Brazil.

D.C. United players and former United States national team members Cobi Jones and Julie Foudy will host a soccer clinic for kids prior to the trophy presentation.

Seventy-year-old Kerry, who is a diehard hockey fan, played on the school soccer team as a student at Yale University.
