Michael Moore decided to get in the holiday spirit while in Washington — by singing Christmas carols outside of the Republican National Committee (RNC) headquarters.

The “Bowling for Columbine” director tweeted on Tuesday night:

Moore was in the nation’s capital for Tuesday’s screening and panel discussion at the Capitol Visitors Center with Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) about his new documentary, “Where to Invade Next.”

The film is described in press materials as showing Moore “playing the role of ‘invader’ while visiting a host of nations to learn how the U.S. could improve its own prospects by adopting policies like paid family leave, tuition-free college, and protecting the equal rights of women.”

ITK hears about 30 “carolers” joined the Academy-Award-winning liberal filmmaker for the singing session.
