A top Trump campaign adviser tweeted an image of the menu from the century-old eatery, which crafted the Trump burger to “honor” the candidate’s arrival in Winterset, Iowa.
“For the man who likes to ham it up for the cameras, it’s stacked with half a pound of ham, but don’t worry — it’s piled on top of our famous no-nonsense all-beef all-American monument third-pound burger,” the description reads.
The burger also has shredded cheese “as Trump continues to shred the competition in the polls.”
Northside is located in the birthplace of actor John Wayne, whose daughter recently endorsed Trump.
The restaurant also piles on grilled onions “for all the tears from political pundits who can’t figure Trump out.”
“We’re making the hamburger great again with the Trump burger,” the description concludes.
