Lindsay Lohan: Critics 'too mean' to Trump

“I know Donald Trump, he is a nice person,” the 29-year-old actress and former tabloid fixture told The Scottish Sun newspaper in an interview published this week.


“They are making too much of a spectacle out of the election and they’re being mean,” Lohan said, not specifying who she was referring to. “People are too mean towards Trump.”

Despite her proclaimed affinity for the real estate mogul, Lohan, who now lives in London, says she’s rooting for another 2016 contender to win the White House.

Lohan says she won’t be voting in November and isn’t sure whether Trump will occupy the Oval Office next year.

“I don’t know if he’s going to win,” Lohan said, “although I would be a little scared if he does.”
