Rage Against the Machine guitarist mocks CNN’s Trump teaser
Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello on Tuesday mocked a television chyron that appeared to invoke the name of his rap-metal band.
{mosads}Morello tweeted a picture from the teaser text on CNN, which referred to presidential front-runner Donald Trump and stated, “Trump rages against the GOP machine.”
“This isn’t exactly what we were thinking,” Morello added in his tweet.

Trump has been lashing out for days against the GOP primary process, after rival Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas) swept all of the delegates in Colorado.
Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus has pushed back, saying there’s “nothing mysterious” about the GOP primary rules.
Morello had occasion to weigh in on the last Republican White House race, too. When reports emerged that the 2012 GOP vice presidential nominee was a fan of Rage Against the Machine, Morello penned a no-holds essay for Rolling Stone called “Paul Ryan is the Embodiment of the Machine Our Music Rages Against.”
