Streep was dressed in orange-face makeup, a blonde wig and suit with a bright red tie, posing with pursed lips. She also donned a fake low-hanging belly.

Actress Christine Baranski, who co-starred with Streep in “Mamma Mia!” was there dressed as Clinton.

The two sang a duet of “Brush Up Your Shakespeare,” from the musical “Kiss Me, Kate,” The New York Times reported, a song about men giving advice on how to pick up women. 

“We could do a deal — you’ll let me know — why it is all the women say no?” Streep sang.

"Utterly her idea, beginning to end,” Oskar Eustis, the Public Theater’s artistic director, told the Times.
