Clintons share photos of new grandson

The Clintons shared photos of the newest member of their family on Sunday, a day after he was born.

“What a joy being with our new grandson, Aiden. So grateful,” the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee captioned the photo.

Bill Clinton tweeted a photo showing himself with daughter Chelsea's husband, Marc Mezvinksy, holding Aiden.


"Aiden has made two dads very happy this Father's Day," he said. 

Moments earlier, Chelsea Clinton also shared a photo of her son. 

“Our family and hearts expanded with Aiden’s arrival. We are blessed,” she wrote.

She announced the birth of her son on Twitter on Saturday. 


The former secretary of State cited the birth of her first grandchild, Charlotte, as her inspiration for running for president again. 

“Having this wonderful little person in your life makes you think about the future in a whole new way,” she told “Us Weekly” in April. 

Charlotte was born in 2014.
