The former home of late President Ronald Reagan has sold for $15 million, according to The Sacramento Bee.

The 1.29-acre Bel Air, Calif., estate was bought by Jerry Perenchio, the billionaire former chairman of Univision and a major Republican donor.

The house was deeded over to the former president and his wife, Nancy Reagan, in 1989, three years after a group of their friends bought the house and leased it to them.

Tax records show the house is approximately 7,200 square feet, has 17 rooms and is two stories. It has three bedrooms, six bathrooms and a swimming pool.

Perenchio, a former talent agent, used to represent Reagan during the former president’s acting career.
