A real estate agent in South Carolina is hoping to cash in on the presidential election.

Jeff Cook Real Estate, based out of Charleston, S.C., is advertising to residents who are planning to move to Canada depending on the outcome of the presidential election. 

A billboard in the city asks: “Moving to Canada? We can sell your home.”
