JK Rowling: UK’s Corbyn is no Dumbledore
“Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling says the leader of Britain’s Labour Party is nothing like the beloved headmaster in her best-selling series.
{mosads}Many on social media have been comparing Jeremy Corbyn to a “political” version of Albus Dumbledore — but Rowling is not having it.
“Corbyn. Is. Not. Dumbledore,” the author tweeted on Wednesday morning.
Her tweet linked to an article about Corbyn’s paid appearances on an Iranian TV station that was banned in the United Kingdom for filming the torture of an Iranian journalist. The story said Corbyn appeared on the station six months after it was banned.

The tweet comes as one of many that the famed author has posted in protest of Corbyn — who is reportedly likely to be reelected.
@jk_rowling Corbyn is widely seen by my generation as a political Dumbledore. Therefore, you have joined the ministry. Good luck, madam.

The way that Ministry of Magic tries to oust Dumbledore is really not that different to Labour trying to oust Corbyn lol

One day in the far distant future we’ll look back and we WONT LAUGH, LABOUR, BECAUSE THIS ISN’T BLOODY FUNNY.

In June, Rowling tweeted a jab at Corbyn and addressed the comparison to Dumbledore.
“I forgot Dumbledore trashed Hogwarts, refused to resign and ran off to the forest to make speeches to angry trolls,” she tweeted.
