The “A-Yo” songstress tweeted a link to the petition on Thursday to her more than 64 million followers on Twitter:  


“We are calling on the Electors to ignore their states’ votes and cast their ballots for Secretary Clinton,” on Dec. 19, the petition states.

The petition to the Electoral College had garnered more than 540,000 signatures as of Thursday afternoon.

Lady Gaga, who said last month she supported Clinton because she would “do a good job” as commander in chief, was one of several protesters who took to the streets on Wednesday in opposition to Trump’s White House win. 

The 30-year-old pop singer and New York native, with an American flag attached to her black pantsuit, was photographed holding a pro-Clinton sign outside Trump Tower that read, “Love trumps hate.”
