Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan and Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch dined in the same Indian restaurant Thursday — apparently without even noticing the other was there.

Kagan and her potential future high court colleague were both eyed having dinner at The Bombay Club in downtown Washington by an ITK spy.

The eatery, known for its crispy kale chat and tandoori salmon, is just steps from the White House.

We hear Gorsuch arrived about half an hour after his security team, around 6 p.m., and left with other guests two-and-a-half hours later.

An insider says Kagan arrived around 8:15 p.m. and had dinner with one person at a separate table.

The Senate Judiciary Committee’s confirmation hearings for Gorsuch are poised to begin later this month.

Correction: An earlier version of this story cited a source as saying Kagan and Gorsuch had dinner together.
