Comedy writer claims Trump blocked her on Twitter

A writer for ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” claims she was blocked on Twitter by President Trump this weekend after responding to one of his tweets.

Bess Kalb, a writer for the late-night comedy show, posted a series of tweets in which she claimed Trump blocked her on his personal Twitter account.

Trump fired off nearly two dozen tweets over the weekend after remaining relatively quiet on the social network during his nine-day foreign trip, the first of his presidency.

On Sunday, he slammed the publishing of administration and intelligence leaks, which he called “fabricated lies” by “fake news” media organizations and said criticism of his use of Twitter was because the media “doesn’t want American to hear the real story."
