A “Scandal” actor and former “West Wing” star is lashing out at voters who cast their ballots for President Trump, calling them “stupid.”

Josh Malina, who played Will Bailey, a fictional vice president’s chief of staff, on the NBC political drama, wrote to his more than 230,000 Twitter followers on Tuesday:

The tweet came in response to Trump ratcheting up nuclear tensions with North Korea, warning the nation would face "fire and fury" like the world has never seen if it continues to threaten the U.S.

Malina, who plays Attorney General David Rosen on ABC’s “Scandal,” was one of several “West Wing” cast members who reunited last year to hit the campaign trail for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary ClintonHillary Diane Rodham ClintonThe Memo: Polls flash warning signs for Trump Polls suggest Sanders may be underestimated 10 declassified Russia collusion revelations that could rock Washington this fall MORE.

A frequent Trump critic on Twitter, 51-year-old Malina was reportedly asked in January whether his outspoken social media remarks could harm “Scandal.”

“One of the great joys of being criminally under-rated as an actor,” he said, according to Deadline, is he can exist “below the radar” on the internet.
