The former Democratic White House nominee was asked at a Chicago event for her book, “What Happened," what she was planning on doing for the upcoming holiday.
"I'll maybe come as the president,” she replied, according to media reports.
It's not the first time Clinton has joked about her election loss in recent days.
On the one-year anniversary Saturday of then-FBI Director James Comey reopening the probe into her use of a private email server while serving as secretary of State, Clinton tweeted, “Oh is that today?”
Clinton has often blamed Comey reopening the investigation into the server for her surprise loss to President Trump.
