"Dec. 12 has always been a historic day for the Jones family," Jones said during his victory speech on Tuesday. "This is, as you know, mine and Louise’s 25th wedding anniversary. I couldn’t have done this without her. The love, the support, the encouragement."

Moore has yet to concede the race.

Jones said on Sunday that it was time for the Republican to move on.
